Organize your tabs.
Focus your mind.

Save whole browsing sessions into folders. Restore one group at a time instead of everything at once. Block distractions, run focus sprints, and stop drowning in the same eight tabs you keep reopening.

ADHD Tab Manager — side panel

👆 This is a working simulation — click around: save tabs, make folders, restore groups, start the timer.

Everything a tab-hoarding brain needs

Session folders, named groups, duplicate guardian, share links, and a focus system — not just a list where tabs go to die.

📁

Session Folders

File saved sessions into Work, Research, Weekend — whatever your contexts are. Restore an entire folder in one click when you switch modes.

🏷️

Groups inside sessions

Slice a 30-tab session into labeled groups like “Docs” or “Social”. Restore just one group instead of the firehose.

Add tabs later

Found three more pages for that project? Append them to an existing session without re-saving anything.

🔁

Duplicate guardian

Get warned when the same site piles up in five tabs. One tap closes the extras. Exceptions for google.com — off by default, your rules.

🔗

Share & mobile bridge Pro

Turn any session into a private link. Open it on your phone, send it to a friend — the tabs travel inside the link itself. No server, no account.

⬇️

JSON export / import

Your data is yours. Download any session as JSON, back up everything, import anywhere. No lock-in, ever.

⏱️

Focus mode + Pomodoro

One-action-at-a-time focus mode with distraction blocking and built-in Pomodoro sprints. Streaks and daily wins included.

🛡️

Distraction blocker

Gently blocks Reddit, X, TikTok and friends during focus. Your blocklist, your call — with a counter of every win.

FAQ

Where is my data stored?

In your browser’s local storage. Nothing is uploaded to us — there are no accounts and no servers holding your tabs. Export to JSON any time for backups.

How do share links work?

A Pro feature: the session is encoded into the URL fragment of an adhd-tab-manager.onefamili.com/s/ link. URL fragments are never sent to servers, so the link works everywhere — including your phone — while staying fully private.

What happens if I hit the free limits?

You’ll see a friendly prompt. Nothing is deleted. Upgrade to Pro ($6/month or $50/year) for unlimited sessions, folders, groups, plus sharing and the mobile bridge.

Is it really built for ADHD?

The whole interaction model assumes ADHD: one panel at a time, dopamine-friendly micro-rewards (streaks, win counters), aggressive defaults against clutter, and zero-config focus mode. It’s designed with, not despite, the way your brain works.

Which browsers are supported?

Chrome today; Firefox build available from source. A Safari port is planned.
